Alliance Ranking Empty Alliance Ranking

I'm sure everyone's noticed our ranking has been slipping a little. I think we should start discussing how to try and fix that. Also, I think we should think of ways to attract more people that are active and successful in the game. So this thread is dedicated for people to voice their opinions.
